Shipping

How long does it take for my products to ship?

 

There is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Afterwards products will ship and generally take 4-12 Days or faster to arrive in the United States. International shipping (outside of the United States) may take longer up to 12-28 Days or faster. Please allow an extra 5-7 days for customized products

 

Why does shipping take so long?

 

We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality products available. When your order is placed we handmake and customize your product specifically for you. This is to make sure the products you receive are of the highest quality, and how we are able to keep our 90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. This is why shipping may take longer, but we promise your wait will be worth it. 

 

Do you ship worldwide?

 

Yes! If your country is not listed, please feel free to contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for any local taxes or customs fees that might be imposed by your country.

 

How can I track my order?

 

To track your order, simply go to the 'Track My Order' tab on the top of our website, and enter your email and order number. It will show you where your package is, and an estimated time of arrival.

 

Why can't I track my order?

 

Tracking information is provided via emails and you can track your order at any time, but please keep in mind that we are shipping from our warehouses through EMS shipping so once you receive your tracking information, please wait a few days for it to update.

 

Returns and Refunds

Do you offer refunds?

In most cases, yes. 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. There are no cancellations after this 24 hour time window has passed, this is because your order has already begun processing. Please contact us ASAP to cancel an order.
